Depending on the herbal product requested will dictate when the product can be shipped. We do not do mass production. Our balms and butters are made in small batches to ensure that the product is as fresh and potent as possible when you receive it.
Most teas that are not infused or compounded are shipped within 3 - 5 business days. If your order has both a herbal and a non-herbal product, the ship date will be based on the herbal product. We do believe that you will be pleased with your purchase when it arrives. Your satisfaction is of upmost importance to us.

Return Policy
If you find that your order is received damaged, please take a photo of it and send it to email address along with a simple description of the damage. The claim must be received no more than 3 weeks from the date that the package was shipped.

We can send a replacement of the item or refund your money. Since Jewelry items are originals, they cannot be replaced. Simply send the jewelry item back and a refund will be granted for the price and taxes of the item only. Sorry, no shipping is refunded.

However, if anyone behaves rudely, disrespectful or offensively, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who behaves in this manner at any point of a business transaction.
